How often should I have my gutters cleaned?

This varies, depending on the environment. Generally, it’s a good idea to have gutters checked and cleaned once a year. In houses surrounded by trees, it may be necessary to clean out gutters twice a year: in the autumn, after the leaves fall(in the Triangle area the best time is Dec-Jan) ; and in the spring, to clear out dead twigs, pollen, and seeds that accumulate at the beginning of the growing season (late April-June).

Do I need to be home for you to service my house?

No, we are happy to leave an invoice for you if you are unable to be home while we work. The only exception would be cleaning inside windows.

What types of surfaces do you power wash?

We power wash both vertical and horizontal surfaces. These surfaces can include concrete, stamped concrete, aggregate, flagstone, pavestones, and brick. Some vertical surfaces include brick, stucco, wood fencing, and wood siding. We clean walkways, storefronts, sidewalks, parking areas, buildings, stonewalls, pool decks, recreational areas.

What will happen to my plants?

We are careful to wet down all plants before applying detergent to your house. Then we rinse all plants multiple times after detergent has been applied and while rinsing your house.
